Privacy policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
When you call, we take what you tell us: your name, a contact number, your ZIP code or address, and a description of the problem. We need those to make a useful introduction.
When you browse, we log the page you were on when you tapped a call link, with a timestamp and IP address. That is how we know which pages are working. We do not attempt to identify you from it.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser — no analytics, no pixels, no local storage. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
If analytics are added later, consent will default to denied and nothing will load before you choose. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
The details you give on a call go to the company we refer you to, because that is the point of the call. They become responsible for that data under their own privacy policy once they have it.
We do not pass your details to anyone else.
Your rights, and how to use them
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email booking@connecticutairductcleaning.shop and we will action it.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights — under the California Consumer Privacy Act, for instance — and we will honor those on request whether or not the law compels us to.
