The short version: we make introductions, we are paid by the companies we introduce, and the work itself is between you and them.

We are a referral service

Connecticut Air Duct Cleaning is not a contractor. We do not employ technicians, hold trade licenses, carry out work, or supervise the companies we refer you to.

Those companies pay us for referrals. You pay us nothing.

What we do not warrant

We take reasonable care to refer you only to licensed and insured operators, but we do not warrant the workmanship, conduct, timeliness or pricing of any company we introduce. Any contract for work is between you and that company.

If something goes wrong with work carried out, the company that did it is the first point of contact, and the Connecticut contractors' licensing board is the route for a formal complaint. We would also want to know, at booking@connecticutairductcleaning.shop.
